Jerry Roca, born in Mexico City, grew up working in several industries learning what it takes to become self-reliant. In his early 20's he traveled to the United States with a desire to raise a family and build a business. While raising three children, he carried out the responsibilities in construction as a General Contractor. Through the highs and lows he persevered and became a successful Business Owner, Investor, and Real Estate Developer. During his career he has had direct oversight in Strategic Planning, Property Research, Project Management and Acquisition Strategy. With a moving market, he has implemented new business operations and established policies that promote culture and community in the vision of his organizations. His diversity in business and passion for real estate has brought him to various development opportunities throughout Oklahoma, he's currently working on The Nova OKC, a Chevrolet Motor Company building built in1921, creating a fun, sustainable environment for the community. He's also the founder of WEARESOCIETY. a non-profit organization focus on creating housing for low income individuals, developing educational, agricultural, and healthy food nutrition based programs, while supporting local grocers expand in food desert areas. The organization's first 120 unit affordable housing complex is schedule to break ground at the end of 2021.
Visionary Developer
Brandon Lodge’s career began in the civil engineering field. Having seen real state development projects through the lens of a land surveyor, civil designer, project manager, land planner, and developer, Brandon brings a fresh and unique perspective to real estate development. Brandon started Lap 7 Development with a 100-acre subdivision in northeast Edmond called Highgarden. His move into commercial development was successful with the recent opening of the 8th Street Market in Automobile Alley, the first market hall to open in the state of Oklahoma. The 8th Street Market won the 2018 ULI Oklahoma impact award for Small Scale Rehabilitation and Restoration. He is currently working on a project in downtown Edmond called The Icehouse Project - 5 existing buildings, two of which are historic buildings (circa 1903), will be developed into an entertainment district with several restaurants, a cocktail bar, and a brewery. It is set to be completed in the summer of 2020. Oklahoma City is home to Brandon, and his primary ambition as a real estate developer is to create unique, exciting elements of the city that will help to inspire and propel the incredible evolution Oklahoma has undergone over the past years.

Patrick Myers has 20 years of Land Planning and Development experience. Before starting MPACT Lan Planning, LLC, Patrick was the Development Manager for Tuner & Co., Inc., designing and building mixed-use developments in and round Oklahoma City. He was and is volved in all aspects of the development including land acquisition, project design, entitlements, financing, marketing, and the construction of infrastructure landscaping, and amenities. Patrick also co-owns a farming operation that is focused on innovation and sustainable agriculture production. The farming operation recently began from fresh Fodder in an aeroponic growing system to provide high quality, low cost, organic feed for their livestock. Patrick’s farming, design, and development experience have come together to create a wholly unique land development perspective.
Innovation Developer
Shane Walker has spent his carrier building people, processes, and technology through leadership, project management and process improvement. He has also held several part-time consulting roles supporting process improvement, business operations, strategic planning, change management, and company branding. His current role with several organizations is ensuring the companies have the appropriate talent and processes to effectively serve our customer base. He also owns and manage Green Spot Consulting LLC providing a fresh look and opportunity for organizations through an abbreviated strategic planning process. Leading through recessions and pandemics has allowed him to stretch personally and professionally and he's excited to play an active role in the future of our local community here in Oklahoma City.
